Attendee Registration (with tickets)

1. General Refund Guidelines

• Refund requests must be submitted through the platform or via email to info@cs4water.net.
• Refunds are only available to those who have paid for registration fees via the CS4Water conference Dryfta platform.
• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing of your request:

• Full Refund: Requests made up to 75 days before the event date will receive a full refund of the registration fee, excluding any administrative or processing fees.

• Partial Refund: Requests made within 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined by the event organizer and may vary based on the event's cancellation policy.

• No Refund: Refunds will not be issued for requests made within 30 days of the event start date. This includes no-shows, cancellations on the day of the event, or after the event has started.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds may take longer to process if your payment was made through third-party services (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

4. Exceptions

• Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the event organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees paid, including any service fees. Notifications about event cancellations will be sent to registered attendees via email.

• Special Circumstances: In certain cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, you may contact the event organizer directly to discuss potential alternatives (e.g., transferring your registration to another person or event). These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Administrative or processing fees.
• Donations, sponsorship fees, or any special event packages that have been explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit your Dryfta account and navigate to the event you registered for.
2. Click the "Request Refund" button or follow the instructions provided.
3. Alternatively, you may contact [event organizer] directly at [email address] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registration details (name, email, event, payment confirmation).

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Dryfta and event organizers reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the Refund Policy will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.
